Do you help with any other wedding related events?

Included in our full service planning fee, we work on the wedding day details only. We do have a separate coordinator who is able to help with your other wedding events such as welcome cocktail hours, rehearsal dinner events, and farewell brunches for an additional fee.
Where can I find reviews or past client testimonials?

You can find past client testimonials on our page on The Knot, where we received "Best of Weddings" in 2021, 2022 & 2023.
Do you have an Instagram?

Yes! You can find us @hudsongreyweddings to follow along and see past weddings I've worked on.
How often do we meet with you?

Our approach to wedding planning is making it as customized and personal as we can, meaning we don't have any set amount of planning hours or appointments that you are allotted - we do meetings as often as we feel necessary! Some of our couples like to hand over all vendor & design decisions to us which usually results in less meetings while others like to be a part of everything. However, I would say on average we do planning meetings about once a month - these are typically virtual unless we are doing a tasting, mock-up or venue walk-thru.
Who is there on my wedding day?

I am there for every single wedding day from start to finish(as early as the venue allows to the very end when we load all your belongings back into your hotel room). We always have at least one coordinator with us as well. Depending on how large and/or elaborate your wedding is, we will bring on additional team members as we deem necessary.
Do you plan destination weddings?

At this time, we do not offer destination wedding planning services and service Arizona weddings only.
